Core Making : Amine cured 'COLD BOX PROCESS' with dual core box shutting core, shooting machine imported from DEVCOR ENGINEERING CO,. South Africa. Heat Treatment : Locally made electrically heated micro processor controlled Furnace. Shot Blasting : Tumblast and spinner hanger machine to suit individual casting configuration and weight range. Quality Management : The process and quality management is in line with ISO 9001:2000. The laboratories are equipped with the latest testing machines for sand and metal analysis, by Spectro. The physical testing machines include Universal testing machines, Hardness tester, Ultrasonic flaw detector, Thickness measuring instruments and Pressure testing bench. Pattern Making : Full fledged in-house manufacturing facilities equipped with Universal milling machines, Copy millers and conventional general purpose machines. Casting Painting : We can undertake any kind of painting including stoving if needed. Machining : Full-fledged machine shops to carry out any normal machining operation, developed in and around our premises.
